Hello and Welcome! This is such an exciting time for you! I am Samantha and I am the lead photographer and owner of Samantha Derrick Photography! I am so excited that you found me and because I believe that getting to know your clients is the #1 way to ensure an awesome experience, I would love to tell you a little bit about me! Here are a few things you should know! 

I am a wife to my high school sweetheart (17 years together this year!), and momma to my 2 sweet little loves, Erin & Thatcher + a fur baby Kodi (short for Kodiak) our Doberman/Labradoodle mix. 
 A lover of everything Home Goods, Dogs, Peonies, Tulips, Unique Weddings and Coffee.
Working as a photographer isn’t just a job, it is my passion and my dream. I love being such a big part of my clients moments. Creating their memories that they can someday share with their grandchildren is something that I don’t take lightly.
I believe my role as your photographer is to be there as a friend, an artist and sometimes playing the role as a coordinator doing whatever I can to make your session as special as possible. Taking the time to work with you and make you as comfortable as possible in front of the camera to ensure each moment is captured perfectly. I want to give you rich emotion and a natural feel to your photographs that you an cherish for years to come!
